At 1:30pm, I paid $175 for a new pair of night guards to protect my teeth from further damage by grinding while sleeping. A few minutes later I was called to the back and show the dental assistance the two holes on the backs of this medical device, which used to cost $125 at 3/6/2007 and picked up one week later at 3/13/2007. I told them how the unit oozed/leaked out material and used to look white with gas bubbles.
So the girl took two impressions of my upper teeth. The backmost tooth on the right didn’t have enough pink putty. So she tried again after fitting various trays of dark green (#5), a metal tray, a big plastic tray that hurt/stretched the left corner of my mouth. The light green tray was smaller than the number five, but myteriously it wasn’t labeled.
So on 7/25/2011, I’ll have a new retainer to wear while sleeping. (Maw and Paw were watching the Food Network, giggled between themselves; while I took notes of three recipes).
