Yes Sire, your squire girl is here!
I see your hair is cut short, I hear!

Yes Sire, I’m your cute little dear!
Come squire girl! Hand me my spear!

    A short poem in monorhyme.

Author’s note: After morning mass on Tuesday, 01/15/208 a Filipino couple, Fred and Rose, had complemented on my new hair cut (unlike Twit’). It so happens that ‘Rose’ has a much shorter version of mine, including the mini-bang which I’ve cut afterward that day. My ability to control my natural waves (which hair products and heat appliances won’t do either) is quite limited and the bob shape is not as shiny smooth as I’d like the appearance of my new hair cut. This was a very quick poem I’ve created a few minutes ago and it is about how I look like a little boy and how I’m reminded of a squire helping her knight – hehehe!

Repetition of action, words or deed:
Harvest and slaughter, as survival feed
Hail Mary, Our Father, Apostles’ Creed
    Drinking while driving, alcoholic need
Cigar or cigarette and smoking weed
    Shopping till dropping, fashionable bleed
Online blogs, forum chats, blind dating breed

    Detail-oriented, caring too much:
Nitpicking fuzz balls, ironing and such
    Nagging and whining, overdrive clutch
Complaining bad food, not paying go dutch
Keep everyone in place, mother hen clutch
Vice grip on freedom, painful to the touch
    Victimized train wreck, emotional crutch

    Nasty
to the five senses and beyond:
Serene to noisy, ripples in the pond
Rail thin to moo cow, feeding frenzy fond
Fleshy and bloody, waving magic wand
Speed up and slow down, sleepy traffic yawned
Young thugs to old farts, female or male bond
Soul suckers, lab ratters, aliens spawned

    All
    the confusion, shatter illusion:
No god to One kind, faithful infusion
    Social unity, lonely seclusion
    Blissful ignorance, knowledge diffusion
    Marriage to money, honey transfusion
    Loving and sharing, blessed conclusion
    Always pondering, all one delusion

Another attempt at a partial and forever incomplete ‘list poem’ (of three, seven-lined stanzas with ten syllables in the easy but my all time favorite rhyme scheme — monorhyme) about everything conceivably annoying to me – hum.

‘Puck, puck, puck’: doo dis, doo dat!
    Takot ba sa asawa?
    Gusto under di saya?

    Literal translation
    :
[Sounds of chicken]: do this, do that!
Are you afraid of your spouse?
    Like being under her skirt?

Second attempt at diona – a Filipino poetry of three-lined stanza, with seven syllables in monorhyme.

Author’s note: Discussed phrases associated with nagging in a marriage while walking around Milpitas, CA with Paw.

    Away stinky pee!
    JB, please leave me
    And my family!
    Nothing is for free —
    Not even from me!

    Get up from your knee
    Stop your begging plea
    There’s no guarantee
    Business bourgeoisie
    Run far away – flee!

    New divorcé tee
    Lied to us crazed glee!
    Per cousins agree
    ‘Orge’ mother — banshee
    Momma’s little flea

    To get rich quick snob
    By troublesome hob
    A middle ground blob
    Low interest rob
    Vile profits of glob

    Get a real job
    Or your license, SOB!
    Living at home slob!
    Pay your mother, gob!
    Don’t mess with the mob.

Another pathetic poem of five, five-lined stanzas with five syllables in monorhyme.

To be in solitude is perfectly fine.
I share my daily thoughts through a blogging shrine.
To lead a simple life is on borrowed times.
My blogs, dreams and poems are hidden in rhymes.

There is nothing to hide except my own Truth.
My lonely mind is like an imprisoned youth.

Freedom of expression is a gift with wings.
People are unique and perfect in all things.
    Interconnectedness provides a good link.
Storytellers share how they feel and think.
To be in solitude is perfectly fine.
I share my daily thoughts through a blogging shrine.

To lead a simple life is on borrowed times.
My blogs, dreams and poems are hidden in rhymes.

Living simple differs from simply living —
To laugh, love, forget but always forgiving.
Blogging from the spectacular to mundane
Keep the bored alive and from going insane.
Dreams seem real from the subconscious mind state.
Some foretell good or bad as predictive fate.
Poetry is meant for the creative souls —
Who artfully weave words of rhythmic life’s goals.
To be in solitude is perfectly fine.
I share my daily thoughts through a blogging shrine.

There is nothing to hide except my own Truth.
My lonely mind is like an imprisoned youth.

Some choose a lone path for life placed on the shelf.
Be truly free, not alone, and by yourself
And like a child, fresh, innocence untainted
or your own friend with commonsense acquainted.
Learn to love who you are on the inside, too.
Accept the differences through your worldwide view.
Maybe when you are ready to understand
you will display your strength with a helping hand.
To be in solitude is perfectly fine.
I share my daily thoughts through a blogging shrine.

    Free loaders watch your back!
I don’t care if you’re white or BLACK!

    Or if you’re all that
    Or think this is whack
    Or with all the smack
    Down if you’re on crack

    They ‘railroad-dead’ and sacked:-
Why don’t cut me some slack, JACK!

    There’s no time to hack
    or grab a quick snack
    Or to blow the stack
    and leave a brown track
    Get a heart attack!

Time to bring out the rack
It’s not like saying: ‘I’ll be back!’

Why you deny us three times, Pete?
You sold us out with vile deceit.
No score and seven years, you cheat!
You made us wait by gnashing teeth.
Fed up nails pierced our hands and feet.
You crowned our minds with thorn-filled beat.
Our ‘ragging’ thought is your defeat.
We sold your soul to hell bound heat.
