Finally connected to Jetpack Social Bluesky

20250430-2351. Moments ago and just like clockwork, I received an incoming thought to check on the status of my Jetpack Social: Bluesky. Lo and behold! [“The Bluesky account was connected successfully!]”

I thought that Bluesky would NO longer be supported just like Twatter/Hex! And I was NOT gonna bother using the “quick manual sharing from the post editor to share it!”

On or about 20260406 or whenever, I could NOT share my WP posts automatically via the Jetpack Social connection to my Bluesky! So I contacted team support/Happiness Engineer/Jetpack/Automattic/whoever and had THEM escalate my “concerns”.

Yeah, so that took a while as I provided their requested screenshots and other findings for their data reports. And I guess that worked out VERY well; because on my new-post php page, I could see that I’m connected to Jetpack Social: Bluesky: FLYNN.

I’m using the Classic editor for my new posts instead of the Block editor; because I feel Classic editor is good enough in its raw “Code” form instead of seeing all the bells and whistles of the Block editor. There is a Visual form for an more “enhanced” controls, such as “strikethroughs” or “delete” and its fancy date-time stamp!

So here goes as I press the Publish button. End of transmission 20250501-0003: Happy May 1st/Beltane!
