Has made crap, something that can’t be done by drinking juices and smoothies. Used to making crap all my life and therefore a “good” reason for pre-packaged foodstuff, which I’ll steam, boil instead of, microwave. Whatever.
Last night, had one heaping tablespoon of white rice, dark veggies, one half taro root, one but of chicken meat. Felt no hunger pang until after arriving home from morning mass this morning. Waiting for next sugar crash.
