20221031-1905. So yesterday, I eyed a HUGE spider – a daddy long leg spider, which is really a miniature scorpion and NOT an arachnid! It was minding its own business clinging to a bathroom wall and directly underneath the roll of toilet paper holder.
I was busy using cleaning the bathroom floor and half-heartedly using a regular cotton wiping cloth when after I was done clean, I decided to make contact with the little critter.
So I reached out my right hand and slowly touched one of its legs with my right index finger. Lo and behold, that spider jumps in a startled response and quickly ran off towards me on the floor – seeking shelter away from the scary giant monster that is me.
I saw that it found a corner near the door and I once again tried to initiate contact with the little one by touching one of its legs several times. It flinched in surprise each time and I definitely saw one instance that the little critter was looking up at me and/or my finger.
I made eye contact with it. But no sooner than later, it did scuttle off back along the floor and towards its original location and in yet another corner of the bathroom. I left it alone so it could calm down and relax.
When I returned a few moments later, I could NOT locate it. But while sitting down on the toilet to do my business, I saw that it was clinging to the bottom of the door upside down! I didn’t bother it again and later on it was gone.
So I’m NOT afraid of insects or spiders. I just do NOT wanna imagine the hoards of THEY/THEM attacking all at once like some comic book scene. My two other HUGE resident daddy long legs spiders are now gone and probably from eating bugs that passed through my line of chemtrails along the perimeter of the backyard portions and side alleyway.
That’s all. FlynnsPaws.
Hello Flynn, nice, and good luck!
