I had a difficult time locating the information for “Post by voice”. And after a few minutes, I find it, along with “Post by email”. It’s under the listing of “My Blogs” via the drop-down menu of the Dashboard. Therefore, I see that there is also “Text Messaging” but it’s an upgrade feature.
