“there is no funding for any median projects in the City of San Jose.”

On Saturday, we received this mailing about beautifying MY long stretch of road. The unevenly paved median is mostly rocks/stones and when drivers cross this median the dust/winds blows into the neighbors’ homes. I was thinking of a noisy monorail system to connect the VTA/Bart at the railroad intersection or at least some nice trees to increase the value of this once agricultural area of orchid fruits, such as walnuts, apples, cherries, etc.
Unfortunately, since the weather modification technology is intentionally stopping the rainy season, the whole city is drying up, too. For example, two trees across from the AM-PM market, “right” next to the Arco/BP gasoline station, are dead and dying. There are more trees NOT being watered by property owners living on the corners/streets. So I guess the medians won’t make sense since the roads are also in need of repair.
