“Who makes the best games in the world? Milton Bradley!”
I BARELY recall watching old televised commercials for board/electronic games. Here are some YouTube video links:
- Battleship at Opera House: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrHs8CWDzmc (Haha! Love this!)
- Dark Tower with Orsen Wells: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxrY7MWEkwE
- Stay Alive with Vincent Price: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11Eh37A1AVM
- Hangman with Vincent Price: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHlAKfTvqaE
- Which Witch?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDZIwhr9FDk
- Merlin: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZWlIm0jy30 (Unbelievably annoying but fun!)
There were other favorite games by Milton Bradley that my younger brother and I used to play when we were kids: Numbers Up, Simon, Operation, Twister, Double/Trouble, Connect Four, Candy Land, Chutes and Ladder, Perfection,
Other games we didn’t play were: Don’t Get Rattled; Splat!; Grape Escape; Dizzy Dolphins Disco Game; If You Can Gesture (Haha! “Masonic” hand gestures, right…); Guess Who?; Heart Throb! (More like a girlie version of baseball trading cards, only young, err, white boys. OMG. Haha!); KnockOut; Racko, Easy Money, Torpedo Run! and more… Sheesh.
