Is not joining Facebook a sign you’re a psychopath? Some employers and psychologists say staying away from social media is ‘suspicious’

I think employers should be proud that their employees do NOT join Facebook. Employees are supposed to concentrate/focus on their jobs and dedicate themselves to hard work for their bosses, not wasting company time socializing on that media outlet, which is non-sense for the most part.
