“Microalgae: spirulina, chlorella” – I keep forgetting to get my supply at my local drug store.
“Protein powders” – I’ll try to purchase at my local GMC or vitamin/mineral supplement outlet. But I keep forgetting.
“broccoli” – I have to avoid certain veggies that may contain high amounts of “purine” the nemesis of my gout-like pain inside my joints! Cauliflower is one of those veggies. But I continue to eat these two “heads” and ALL my old time favorites of green-beans and “choy”-fiber fan-like effects kinds regardless of symptoms.
“Blackstrap molasses” – Interesting. I’ve never heard of a “blackstrap”. That might be a good substitute as flavoring in my coffee, which I plan to avoid during the duration of the new POTUS administration. Black gold/Texas “tea” only, please!
“Bran: oat, wheat, rice” – Yup. I eat rice everyday. It’s the staple food of most Asians. Also have bowls of cereal. However cannot avoid Fruit Loops and Apple Jacks, my childhood favorites!
Tomorrow I must remember to go shopping for my health/nutrition. It’s good for business in this darn economy. But first a couple of size 40-42 bras because of my WIDE rib cage. Bahaha!
