So Bella, her mommy, her sister and the husband paid a late night visit from 9:00pm to before midnight. The conversation was mostly about the psycho, uncle Dead, who continues to smoke, eat wrong, fight with others and have paranoid delusions about everything from compliments on nice hats and denegrating the hair loss of the person in kindness to hurt feelings by a sailor-in-law and gambling influences on the sister-in-law. They ate the cakes (mocha, chocolate and pound) from Goldilocks.
The real estate guy told of how “commission” can be earned by flipping the homeowner’s house through cohorts between the bank and licensed broker. The loss of Norma’s house was done because no earning could be made on a devaluation in an economic downturn. The Joh was silently pointed out by uncle Dead as being the culprit behind the highly unethical scheme of getting rich by someone’s trust. I wonder if the Feds will symbolically fail to help me again, only this time via Norma.
Moreover, there is a possibility of mail fraud because warning notices prior to the foreclosure of Norma’s house was communicated to her by the Joh somewhere along the line as “you don’t have to pay your monthly mortgage.” Norma had more than enough retirement money to cover the lowered refinanced deal. The inconvenience took away her freedom. This is a clear case of elderly abuse. The social worker has been informed long ago.
