On the same day that Busgy flew away, the boy ranted at his Maw. This morning Maw felt his emotional attachment to the parakeet should not replace coming to the house and visiting his elderly parents.
I felt pets are family too. Usually one should not avoid supporting of each other during this grieving process. I noticed nowadays that people cope with their grief by having fun, which the boy has done during his day’s off.
He has not informed us of his free time and actually forbids the girl from coming near us because in his mind he is protecting her from our truths.
I believe that Chinese girl really hates us and has her stupid tradition ingrained into her personality set that her kinds continue to offend those who don’t her or her culture and us, too.
Long ago, the boy brought Bugsy, whom we adopted from a couple of South Asian Indians who felt sorry for the bird’s loss of two other companions. Now I don’t know how his former owners would respond to that recent news. It’s too bad the bird flew away but he did choose to be free!
