Write a summary of the book you’ve always wanted to write for the back cover of its dust jacket.
“IDYLL OF THE WHITE LOTUS” by Mabel Collins. It’s 11:00 pm 12/27/2012. After searching some old documents on my personal computer, I came across an the online archive saved on 02/01/2006. I’ve yet to purchase this book online via Barnes and Nobles. I also want to order Ben Hur but don’t know which edition is easy to read and understand. Then there’s “THE REALM OF INNOCENCE” by DB, which was supposed to have been published back in/around January 2008. Since I don’t know the status of this self-publication, I wonder what the dust jacket would read: Here goes.
Gone are the days of television and radio. In our hands are a few books, the kinds where coffee stains would permeate the remaining shreds of paper. With the advent of digital technology, people from that era communicated daily and constantly with their hand-held devices. Facebook was popular until everyone who ever used that free-online service got a reality check. That fad went away quietly as did the use for oil and electricity. Here we are in “THE REALM OF INNOCENCE”, just another time and place for young souls to create a new beginning. Where that takes us depends on how we want the story to end. Read on as we explore the potential for something unconventional and maybe a few surprises as you watch life unfold for Jane Doe.
“It’s a revelation and rude awakening! I can’t wait to read the sequel.” ~Flynn…
(Sorry. I had to try to sound legitimate. But that’s the impression I got so far.)
