Has rant at temp job from hell!
At 1035 am this morning, I found little to no work for “Employee Expense Reports” from beta/sex-kitten programmed/animal print wearing Josie, who was the first ever in my accounting career/temp job to raise her voice loudly/publicly at me yesterday over little to no work yesterday for today’s month end! WTF??
Ever since the beta unit came back from hr vacation this October, she has been complaining about Claudia and then me! She claimed that she almost got a heart attack after receiving a simple email inquiring about 30 days past due invoices.
So yesterday during my three breaks, I called Maw about the situation. Maw said: “Those persons who keep complaining are the ones no doing their jobs.” Thanks Maw! You are wise.
My problem is that I’m stubborn. Besides NOT caring about working hard, making data entry errors for going fast over accuracy and stressing myself/health (since I’ve no health insurance), Josie caught me opening mail and filing instead of scanning/indexing EER and invoices and made a big deal over nothing.
That’s what she gets for playing me for a fool. If I hurried the work, nothing would get done. Again most temps get the blame/heat for the inept/complacent full-time employees. I’ve seen/recall what happened to Jenika, a temp who got railed on so the staff covers themselves over the auditors’ visit that one day.
I had to report to Laura that Josie is making.g Claudia and me look like we are not doing our jobs when there is little to no work coming in! For example, I reported Laura that Josie re-stapled a stack of invoices instead of leaving the separators/dividers intact, so as to save me time in scanning/indexing.
Now Laura is getting loud at her. So much for retaining unproductive workers over quota.
