China Announces $20 Billion in Africa Loans

As far as I “know,” China has been investing in Africa for a while. I just hope that the illuminated groups know how to be good stewards of the natural resources and man-made wealth. I still am reading about how many Africans are still impoverish while other nations reap the benefits of their resources and at the expense of the environment, too. So I wonder how these loans are supposed to “help” the African continent/nations and if these poor folks can afford to repay such exorbitant loans.
