As long as the underlying issue has been resolved, whether internalized as haboring a grudge towards another or externalized as attacking a person, place or thing, anger will have constructive consequences.
It is better to be angry and crying than pacified and laughing. Without anger, change won’t happen. Without change, there is stagnation. And with that there is no growth and nothing new.
Why do you think babies cry? They are angry and red in face because they need a new diaper or need to be fed some food. Until the parent/guardian/custodian/caretaker act upon that anger, the noise won’t stop.
Why do you think protests and riots happen? People can’t get what they want after working so hard to pay into and live off a system/marriage. They are angry enough to leave/divorce their connections/ties from the root causes of anger. But the noise won’t stop there either.
Until the person/system changes/upgrades from a state of sheer anger to a reality of sincere repentance/reconciliation, self/destruction is eminent through the festering of an uncleared conscious.
