Nothing is for free, not even charitable donations. Businesses will find MANY ways to charge their customers in order to protect the investors. This is yet another way to discourage the need for writing “live checks”. Eventually, the smarter bunch will learn to use their debit/credit cards to transact. This is a good way to track/monitor financial activities betters. Cash may be the most liquid asset but it is easily abused/misused at ALL levels.
