Dear diary,
Here are my viewpoints to help reduce complaints, whining, and bitching of annoying patients of Mom.
First point is to ‘check in’ via microphone, intercom on visiting nurses to the patient’s room and to HELP them ASAP to get outta the room, especially if patients like Mom likes to hold them hostage with her stories, complaints, and yakking.
Second point is to hire ‘outside’ (sub) contractors if facilities, hospitals don’t have the extra support of orderliness, CNA, and especially nurses based on the voluntary demographics of patients.
For example, Mom is a female Filipino in here seventies. Therefore, those nurses and other staff should be closely match the demographics of a heterosexual Asian.
