Has finally stepped out to breathe fresh air after one week of flu-like contagious symptoms of fever, chills, aches, pain, fatigue, weakness, headache, etc. Lots of chemtrails this morning and now, with sylphs and warm sunshine and crispy air and skies, too. Tolerating air but still coughing yellow phlegm. Last 500 mg antibiotics was taken four o’clock this morning. Coughing was mostly clear, bubbly mucus.
