I noticed a full time staff keeps coughing constantly. He would blow his nose loudly with a honk, too. These daily occurrances happened after the guy used profanity (such as FU) over the work phone to little Ashley. According to the temp guy, she is on a six-weeks vacation. She has been working here for over six to seven years. I wonder how she is coming back if the cubicle where she used to be located has a different name tag.

That’s how nasty people around this place can get just to keep their jobs. At the expense of the subordinates, the dirty work of getting rid of “dead weights” has to be done by middle management, which in my opinion only could be trimmed very easily by their boss, if they too wish to keep their sorry jobs. It truly sad to know some businesses operate in an uncaring way. If they cared, they would have filled my non-IT requests within one week and the boss would have replied to my emails.
