20101111-Tweaking Again

Tonight, I tweaked my paid CSS upgrade to “hide” the “visibility” of the “navigation” element and replaced that element with a descriptive content about this site. This appears on the upper right hand corner of the blog. I know the descriptive “tagline” about this blog already appears as a “short” version below the “site title” but I  wanted more detail.

As a result, I removed the “Steira “About” Text widget” and set two static pages to display “Howdy” as the “Front Page” and “Recent posts” as the “Posts Page”. Then I set the “Blog pages show at most” to only one post at a time. This is to keep the blog simple. So this means my WordPress.com site is more like a webpage than a weblog because of the “front page” displays a “static page”. And the traffic will have been decreased because the front/home page is no longer set to my latest posts.
