This morning was cloudy but later on the sunshine came out against clear blue skies. The wind blew colder through my wool jacket as I made my thirty minute or so walk around the empty lots off Component Dr. My black, Tote umbrella helped to shield me from the warm sunrays because I didn’t want to stink up my workplace afterwards.
I saw the fields are brown with tall dry grasses, almost similar to near water. My mind thought maybe the area used to be filled with water because of all the cracked mud and sidewalk filled with dried grasses.
The gardeners cleaned up the little mulberry bushes from the west side of the sidewalk off Orchard Pkwy. Yesterday, I had to step over crunchy, dried purple colored leaves on my way back and I saw the gas powered cutter under a tree, waiting to be used again.
Today that area is cleaner. But the empty lots has trash of yellow plastic bags and other items. The walk was healthy enough to remove the aches and pain in my body, mostly my joints.
Around 12:45pm and at the beginnng of my walk, I had pain on my upper right chest, near the heart area. Maybe I’m clogged up but pain killers will take it away temporarily. My neck was off again and so was my shoulders and probably due to taking 250mg of niacin, which is supposed to unclogged my veins.
