Out of sheer friggin’ boredom, I’ve decided to tweak my paid CSS upgrade. And what did I do this time? I added `overflow:scroll` to both the `content element and the `sidebar element. I wanted a `book-like` view within any sized screen. But that was earlier this morning. Plus, it didn’t look good! I know: I tried in the past but to my dissatisfaction, of course.
After this morning’s activities of Maw’s appointment with the doctor and of grocery from the Commissary store in Moffett Field, CA and after this afternoon’s activities of driving Paw to the USPS to get his `forever stamps` at over $8.00 per booklet and to the local water store, I decided to work on my weblog.
This time I removed the offending `overflow:scroll` and decided to `expand` the width elements for higher screen resolutions. Here are a few CSS tips for the `Dusk` theme by Beccary:
- Auto width both the `wrapper element` and the `header element`.
- Set the width to 65% for the `content element`.
- Set the width to 25% for the `sidebar element`.
Voila! Now, people viewing my precious weblog can use screen resolutions ranging from as small as 800 by 600 pixels to as large as 1280 by 1024 pixesl. God! I’m an idiot! Why didn’t I think of this before? Thank you for your patience.
