So I’m researching online about this potential new employer of mine. That’s if they hire me full-time after a few weeks to a couple of months of `performance-based` assessment. I feel like such a slave! I cannot image calling out 100 times a day and not know what I’m getting myself into and I probably wouldn’t last a week. But I’ll never know until I try, right? And for such small pay, I might as well live on unemployment forever! Honestly, Obama’s severe economic recession is making people like me sick!
I’ve heard many times over our local radio station and what the conservative talk show hosts keeps mentioning: We are working hard and for less pay and our wage earnings are being taxed to almost half of our pay. It’s almost futile to get excited about looking for work or working anymore. The pay rate is too low to keep up with the bills! I know that the banksters are behind my demise and the rest.
As I was reading articles about this potential employer (via the temp agency), I learned the controller worked with Sarbanes Oxley assessment at Cisco Systems. I know that I won’t be happy with someone who micromanages, period. I don’t care if you are fair or nice or whatever makes you successful. If I’m stupid and can’t take the high call volume, I quit! I’d go nuts just sitting on my hunches and wonder WTF I’m being under-paid!
Trust me: Without the government intervention as regulators of capitalism, there would be lots of oversight. Without the laws in place, many capitalistic pigs will PROFIT from fraudulent accounting record keeping. Why? I do NOT like inefficiency. The company CAN be effective but when the process is too damn slow, to heck with you! I do NOT like the customers to be overcharged or billed incorrectly. I do NOT like the company to loose profit from records being duplicated or lost. You damn activists are slowing everything down!
