Debbie Rowe never abandoned her kids because Michael Jackson had love & money to take care of them. Now that MJ has passed on, by logic and maternal instinct, the biological mother should care for both her children but not for the third, which is sad. When the kids grow up they will try to seek to know their mother, whom I assume love them.
The executors can and will make sure their instructions as left by the deceased MJ will be carried out with full diligence, their fiduciary duty. By default, the kids can and should visit Grandma Katherine Jackson and her greedy hubby.
The point is the kids have Debbie’s features (i.e. chin) and DNA, including that bad-mouth and everything else that the meddling public, I’m sure, is dying to learn more about in the near future. The kids will at least know where they came from, why they act, behave, think, speak, walk, etc. the way they do and find some sort of connection with their `REAL` mother-unit.
They will have to visit their maternal grandparents, too, if they are still alive. I already see which family set will be dominating the lives of the kids, who should live as normally as possible and not spoiled to the point of not working hard and standing on their own feet in case the inheritance falls through the cracks.
