Well, these unusual structures in China are investment projects that went bust! That’s right! The places are remote and no one wants to live there. It’s like the tourist area of Dubai tower. It’s too expensive and there are lots of tracts of property on strips of land. It’s like Lancaster, California (USA) and ares in Las Vegas, Nevada where lots of Filipinos bought real property long ago, only later they find out that they would lose the value of their investments. Bahahaha!
