Unacceptably High Failure Rates Found In Hip Resurfacing Operations

“Hip resurfacing, often used as an alternative to hip replacements for young patients, has been revealed to fail early and most often in women.”

Once again, WTF are metal materials INTENTIONALLY inserted INSIDE the human body? Surely, there could a more durable material that feels/works/is sized more naturally. Until the technology improves/is perfected, I’m keeping my parts for as long as possible. I’ve already suffered with dental work and I’m NOT willing to endure more pain with LARGER bones? OMG!
