20250409-1307. On or about 1224 PST, I reviewed our driveway camera for any USPS delivery truck. But I saw two burly guys looking at our front yard wall, which is a gray hollow block with a redwood fencing on top. This is OUR wall and OUR property line! The front yard is still assessable to the public; since the front yards are always for easement purposes and part of the beautification for public viewing, of course.
And because the coo-coo headed NextDoor neighbor made loud noises before and during fencing installation and when we wanted to erect a safer and cleaner-looking fence, we decided to just build our wall on our side of the property.
She failed to pay for her fair share of the wall which would have been much simpler and agreeable. This is demons get away with everything. They make noise like liberals and get away with everything.
Once again, she is a short Filipino with an Ilocano dialect. We don’t speak or understand her dialect. There are thousands upon thousands of Filipino dialects. So we do NOT consider her one of us. We are NOT related.
Like I said in my numerous past blog posts, Ilocanos are notorious for being VERY thrifty and would refuse to pay their fair share if given any chance or opportunity to get away with everything
And because of her MO, she probably doesn’t work and can’t pay for anything, including her fair share of a simple fence for the both property owners.
And since the trustees are listed for her property, wouldn’t the trustees be ultimately liable/responsible if the annoying/irritating MO is making incapacitated decisions?
I wonder what would be the legal repercussions for the trustees who is allowed and have allowed a known MO to make legal decisions.
