The first time I saw this movie was when I was a teenager. I didn't realize that old movies could be so scary. I believed that people were being seriously injured by these birds. I saw how the birds were pecking at people and blood oozing out of their skins from injury. People were running and dying from these birds. Some tried to hide but the birds were persistent.
