I say the justices should take the case of Hollingsworth v. Perry : SCOTUSblog
Issue: Whether the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits the State of California from defining marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
Clearly and without legal expertise, everyone is entitled to “equal protection”. Therefore, you faggots may consider yourselves marriage. But in the eyes of the laws you will be tracked down like dogs, taxed heavily for your hard work and punished severely like any debt slave who doesn’t contribute in to the beast-like system.
Sure, you may be in love with your eyes but without them you can’t tell the difference between a straight man from a homosexual one. I’ve yet to see the more statistics on the divorce rates of gay couples and their high infidelity among their own “kinds” and if they are more or less violent and nasty than normal people without this personality disorder.
