Topic #79: If you could eat only one type of cuisine for a year, what would it be? Sometimes, the Plinky office is nourished by nothing but Italian food for weeks at a time. What region's cuisine could sustain you for a year?

I would eat Ethiopian food and any similar cuisine along the diet of South Asian Indians. I wouldn't mind eating flat bread for the rest of my life. It's something VERY familiar, soft to my sensitive teeth and tasty, too. The pork-free and mostly vegetarian diet is my pursuit for a healthier lifestyle. Mung beans may be bland but with the right ingredients of various spices, and aromatic herbs, garlic and onions, anything bland can be made to be delicious.
Hello Flynn, nice, and good luck!
