Topic # 138 : What store do you head to when you want new clothes? What's the store? Where is it? Why is this a good place to spruce up your wardrobe?

The place is neat and tidy. I could find at least one outfit that fits my budget and wideness. Although one cannot simply return the merchandise without a voucher, the deals are worth the visit. I've tried Marshall's but that place is filthy and dirty. Ross is second runner up to untidiness. Then there's Targets and Sears, which is also a good place to find descent wardrobes for the career woman.
