I wouldn’t blame the guy for getting angry a thief, err, his wife for stealing money from the restaurant he owned. Then again most restaurants break even every day/night. So maybe his business was NOT doing so well and made up some story about the wife and her remains.
Anyway, with regards to death and while the tjree of us made pre-arrangement for our funeral services, I was thinking to myself how wasteful to embalm/prepare or cremated human bodies, which could have been used to feed the animals and the poor. (I’m sorry for my weirdness, here). After all, we live on this hellish planet and humans are part of this natural law of death and decay.
Yesterday, Maw realized how foolish/expensive it would be to bury loved ones, who may not have decedents to remember/pray or place flowers on/in the graves/vases. She saw the old/weathered stones dated in the 1800s and she wondered/doubted if/that anyone visits those sites anymore.
So really, I planned/signed up to submit my body/parts to the medical/scientific community. But the living/loved ones/family may have different ideas/sentiments.
These funeral/burial/cremation services only help the survivors cope with the loss/grief. Perhaps cremation is better for me since I’ve no husband/children or friends to visit my final resting place, which is really a “lease” for the right to be buried on a “plot” of land/dirt.
