Off-topic rants:

Lots of house flipping and rentals in San Jose, CA. That’s why I’m keeping this paid-off old house. Can’t afford to but a new one since been rendered “useless” by TPTB and pals. Can’t find job. Won’t work for less.

However, there is one of my weird reason why most can’t buy house. These new brats must learn to work hard, save a lot by living in an apartment, and rethink the value/commitment of being a home owner.

Bottom-line: I didn’t like the egos bragging how they would put themselves into such a pickled debt just to live the puff dream of must Americans.

For example, long ago we a Korean guy purchasing lots of land up north. That was twenty years ago. So the trend continues to buy out “Americans”.
