Daily Prompt: Mirror, Mirror, On the Wall

My blog is like a mirror: It reveals both the Good Flynn and her Evil Kitty. The topics cover anything from the mundane, the controversial, and the unexplained, and to poetry, dreams, and answers to life’s questions (via “The Daily Post”).
I see my blog as a memorial to myself and an opportunity for other people, who dare happen to cross this/my Blogging Path, to learn by example. I do so to enlighten, discourage, disappoint, and inspire my dear readers to reconsider their journey – a discovery if what life reveal’s is worth living and pursuing in spite of the many dangers, fears, and various obstacles.
Consider my blog as a alternate version of our current educational system, which does nothing but indoctrinate our children into zoned-out, unthinking, unquestioning, foul-mouthed, zombies, who should learn about their rights as American citizens, how to effectively raise concerns without offending sensitive folks, and debate intelligently with as few/little words as possible that hits home base/marked target.
Seriously, the appearance/layout of my weblog is nothing more than “window dressing”, which does nothing but attract those who happen to like the color brown, I guess. Changes have evolved over the past seven years. But therein lies the “content”, which is supposed to teach curious minds, not what to think, far from that, but how to address issues that seem to go unresolved. And why thinking critically is always better than believing blindingly.
Those who subscribe to my weblog are blessed and, however, are mostly from the intelligence community, main-stream media, and well-paid pals, posed as WordPress.com community blog users. Do NOT doubt me. What I share is, you guessed it, a grain of sand among the vast space of infinite possibilities. In other words, more words are NOT necessary. More bling from a blog is unwanted.
I see my mirror as I see how others would like to be viewed. I noticed the previous day’s Daily Prompt got more views than all the other crap I’ve published. And this is because my response was “normal”, “family-oriented”, and “politically-correct”. Phooey! Anyone could learn to “think out loud” without the “thought police” censoring sound logic, which is what as we the society should teach.
So if y’all think my material sounds/looks familiar, you guessed it, I borrowed/stolen from other “thoughts” floating around in cyberspace. Ah, yes! This is what REFLECTIONS represents – the general trend/activities of internet users. That is why we have snoopers onboard – to determine how policies are to be created/edited for our times. Don’t y’all get it by now? Blogging is a tool for “change”. So this is what I see in my “mirror”.
