To paste/import the contents from one WordPress.com weblog to a second WordPress.com weblog, you’d first have to copy/export from the first weblog:
Go to your first weblog >> Dashboard >> Tools >> Export
- Select – WordPress
Import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file.
The next page will show:
When you click the button below WordPress will create an XML file for you to save to your computer.
This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags.
Once you’ve saved the download file, you can use the Import function on another WordPress site to import this site.

Go to your second weblog >> Dashboard >> Tools >> Import:
Howdy! Upload your WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file and we’ll import the posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags into this site.
Choose a WordPress WXR file to upload, then click Upload file and import.
Choose a file from your computer: (Maximum size: 15MB)

The next page will show:
Assign Authors
To make it easier for you to edit and save the imported posts and drafts, you may want to change the name of the author of the posts. For example, you may want to import all the entries as
admins entries.1. Import author: [user name here][Map to existing]
Import Attachments
[ ] Download and import file attachments
[Submit Query]
The next page will show:

We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

I tried a few hours ago but my first weblog file shows over 15MB! So I bet that the original contents will not copy/import over completely!
