“Witnesses said it appeared Alvarado may have accidentally struck the plain clothes agent and panicked when he told her to stop and pulled out his gun without displaying a badge.”

Well, she was obviously doing something “illegal”. Otherwise she would NOT have panicked, drove in reverse or accidentally run over someone who also panicked enough to have NO time to display his badge. Maybe the agent was a trigger happy nutter, too.

Again, if you are hiding something, it will catch up to you. Apparently, her life was taken away for not thinking better about other lives.
