I wonder if such bad, bad behaviors by these really bad dudes is typical among unionized thugs. Honestly, unions really do NOT have much power without membership paying into the contracts.

Members can opt-out or withdraw membership for a number of reasons, mainly financial (which I totally understand especially if the workers are only seasonal or part-time), political and religious.

We already have that employment laws, including other health and safety laws and other regulations. There is no need to negotiate to keep workers on board if they pursue illegal and immoral activities.

Legal can handle stuff internally. But more likely these corruption and corrupted souls need to be held accountable for bad, bad behaviors.
