Today went well. I awoke 0530 and relaxed a bit and then got up from bed and ate my Nutrisystem breakfast deal and four cups of Starbucks Anniversary Blend 2014.
Before I forget, on Saturday morning before 0800, someone paid for my Dark Roast cup at the nearby Starbucks! His name is Christian, a skinny Filipino kid, who asked how I was doing, etc. I think he was paying for others in front of me.
While waiting in line, I saw a local parish member, a tall dark-skinned Filipino guy that looks like our choir conductor, only taller and skinnier head. I thought that was his son.
I was there too have my beans grinned up for the coffee paper filter at home. The cashier charged me but I got loud that I already paid for it. I guess that’s when Christian stepped in to pay the $1.70. I said to the charity to please check your cameras. Duh!
Anyway, Mom said the choir songs from last night were good. I guess the same goes for today’s songs because some were from last night.
I intercepted an old Filipino lady, who was hesitant to greet Mom. We hugged and greeted others. Then the choir conductor filled me in on why he was distressed last night because he stopped off Piedmont Rd to help a woman, who was helping an elderly man who fell and was bleeding. The conductor got some blood on his white right long sleeve shirt.
Oh and I got my pendant against evil from his mother. I’ll wear that tomorrow at work. But I’ll need to find a necklace for it.
At 1355, Das Squirrel called, said he finished attending mass, wanted to come over for food so late, insisted to speak with Mom who didn’t want to him, and hung up due to bad reception, because he wants to do what he wants.
Now we will say three chaplet of rosary. 1401.
