Happy Lunar New Year’s!
At noontime we arrived unscheduled to the in-laws home of Das Squirrel. An hour earlier, I barely remembered and insisted we go visit anyway.
Earlier we picked up Dad’s medications. And I texted and called the Twit Wifey. The family came from the temple in San Francisco, where their Dad was buried.
There was the Chinese Radio presentation going on across from 99 Ranch, where we bought the gift boxes of fruits to bring to the widow. I saw the Dancing Dragon being filmed.
We got lost after four times around the neighborhood because I transposed the last two numbers of the home address. As mentioned on my old blog, I may have undiagnosed dyslexia. Thanks!
We ate and talked. They were traditionally gracious to speak with us and offer us hour tea and bottled rather and dessert snacks.
We took some photos. Then we left at 1328 because Mom insisted we look for Romaine lettuce plant at Payless Nursery.
Later, we got lost at McLaughlin and Spiro and then arrived, only to find that the veggies were not ready to be sold for springtime planting.
Mom is sleeping. Dad is processing his routine. I’m eating chocolate cake. The sun was freaking bright with crispy clear, blue skies. The weather was mild.
