So at 1850, Ganesha called me from Matos Towing and apologized but she had another dispatcher en route my old car to the repair shop.

I guess nothing in the world is perfect.

BOTTOM-LINE: Prepare for any emergency. And have fun. Blog about the experience.

-Use the toilet before leaving work.
-Bring your EXTRA stash of drinks and snack bars.
-Have good friends for support.
-Have cellphone FULLY charged.
-Have extra battery for cellphone.
-Have battery charger hookup for car cigarette lighter.
-Know your neighbour and tow and repair places.
-Bring medication and diabetes stuff.
-Bring THICK jacket, gloves, and hoodies, too.
-Bring blankets, flash light, whatever.

Above all stay cool and expect delays of up to two hours or more. Blah!
