Happy Post-Halloween Night/All Saints Day! I wanted to keep our decor/lights up until the end of Samhain 11/4/14, but the property owners ranted in down. So while Dad helped and while Mom cooked, I stuffed the moving box.
The weather was rainy and cloudy – just the way I like it. Mom said rain is good for the tree. Dad said the dark clouds were rain and he was correct for us not getting his Benz washed, which uncannily would almost always provide the rain.
But rain yesterday was NOT good for two stranded honey bees. After we dropped off Mom’s earrings from her mother-in-law to be repaired as a pendant, we exited the mall.
I saw only bee on the ground. It was in front of my path. It was alive. I scooped it up with Mom’s napkin and dropped it once back on the ground and then successfully on the flowering areas.
While stopped at a streetlight, I saw a second stranded bee land on the back window of a white sedan car. It started to rain. It tumbled upside down, feeding stuck twice on its wings, and then got wedged inside the gutter of the trunk where the back window meets.
I’m disappointed in TPTB and pals for messing up the environment. You and your alien invaders have done enough damage to this hellish planet. Whatever are your agendas, I don’t like it.
As for the sacrificial offerings of dead people, animals, and everything else around this time of the year, I don’t get it. That’s your problem. I wished you’d get rid of the crazy/stupid people who abuse, kill everything.
If you’re so benevolent, you can stop scorching the surfaces with your radioactive UFOs, stop mutilating animals, stop sucking up water and mineral sources, stop abducting people and experimenting on people/animals, and stop deceiving the populous with your lies!
Anyway, rain is good for the surface but injures and drowns my small critters of spiders, insects, and worms, too!
