“SUPREME COURT TO DECIDE IF ONE PERSON CAN BUY A GUN FOR ANOTHER” (FoxNews)

I would decide NOT to allow those with criminal backgrounds and psychological problems to own a gun, period. Another person should NOT buy a gun for another person, period.

By doing so will bypass efforts for background checks and waiting periods prior to owning guns. Victims from/by guns didn’t sacrifice their lives to have liberals allow such stupidity to ruin lives of other citizens.

The “constitutional right” to “bear arms” only applies to responsible citizens who know the difference between “right and wrong”.

I could “see” problems here.
