Well, tonight’s choir rehearsal went well. I sensed that the Boss was “normal”. He seemed to have a happy spark about his visage. In other words, there were more “positive” vibes from him. He was pleased that everyone sang well tonight. And we did sing well in unison.
This may be due to Shrimpsei’s OtterBox buzzing inside my cotton bag. I may need something more powerful to bless the bad energy signatures inside my local parish. I was happy that Mom sat next to me. She seemed more relaxed and patient this time.
She was sitting on the front-most pew but had to hand her music binder to Dad, who came a bit later than she did. We were just getting ready to sing our first music – “O Magnum Mysterium” by Tomas de Victoria when she walked in. She didn’t seem to say “hello” to any of us but smiled.
Anyway, en route to the parking earlier, both the Boss and I were stopped by a pedestrian – a South Asian Indian lady in white garb and very light pink. She walked eastbound on the sidewalk ever so casually. I saw the Boss in his wimpy Toyota Prius on my left field of vision; while I know he saw me in my MUSCLE car! That’s right! I love fast cars and fast guys with muscles! Get it?
Okay, so I pretended not to see him but should have waved at him. But I didn’t want to cause another accident or distract him either! So I continued on to park my car on the right hand side; while he parked his on the left hand side. I didn’t bother turning around to see if he did/or not, as I saw Yas and her Mom emerge from their car.
I sorta waved at her and kinda responded, “[I’m okay]”! I think I’m autistic because I can’t hold their/anyone’s gaze or mumble loud enough to respond and hurried in a slow stride/skipping along somewhat far away/in front of them. I tried to outrun them but alas, the door to the church was locked! We were too early but the Boss came about a minute after we arrived and the mom and I conversed a little bit:
I told the mom that I had only three years of piano lessons from age five to eight and then learned on my own. She seemed to like my piano playing. And I told her that I was third emergency back-up, with Kristina as the primary and Christ/opher as the secondary back-up. But most of the them, even the guitarist, are not available.
So I’m wondering if I’ll be primary or not, since I have the music pieces! Anyway, the organist was following close behind me with her baby blue/powder puff car, similar to the Boss, only his is baby green/powder puff car, too. I was humming my favorite DL tune – PSSOM. The night air was nice with the car windows rolled down!
