- Foreign aid 1% of Federal Budget: 2/3 of Medicare, Medicaid, SS, and National Security.
- 20% make up unemployment insurance, student loans, veteran benefits, tax credits for working families.
- What’s left after interest on the debt is just 12% of everything thing: Education, clean energy, medical, research, transportation, nation parks, food safety, keeping air and water clean.
- 70% cut in clean energy.
- 25% cut in education.
- 30% cut in transportation.
- Cuts in college Pell Grants that will go than $1000 per year.
- They want to give people like me a $200,000 tax cut that’s paid for by asking 33 seniors each to pay $6,000 more in health costs.
