Today’s weather was much warmer but the winds blew some coldness due to my wearing a turtleneck sweater during my walks. The sunshine was bright and the skies were crispy and blue. I even saw more ovoid-shaped bugs, a couple of TINY millipedes, a couple of scorpions and three hawks – one black and two smaller brown ones.
Yesterday, no one except me was out walking in the balmy air and freezing winds. Rain fell on certain areas, such as near Seafood City (where my bio-units were shopping for food that morning). For example, the front parking lot had some puddles of water where the dents and cracks in the road was establish; whereas the back parking lot at work appeared dry.
Also, yesterday I saw at least three worms being eaten alive by black ants. I learned that worms drown in water and they had to come out of the earth and onto the sidewalk where they met their demise in the cold concrete and air. I felt sorry that I wanted rain so much for the baby trees that I forgot other denizens cannot take cold and water all that well. Today, they were burned dark from the sun and dried up, too.
Even today’s frigid air prompted several groups of geese in V-formation to travel southbound to to warmer feeding grounds. But thankfully today’s weather warmed up to make up for yesterday’s freak weather pattern.
Plus, I wanted to walk around and not get sick, like what happened yesterday. I had to jump into the shower of hot water to warm up my cold body – nerves, muscles, tendons, everywhere. I felt sick and icky, thinking that I might have inhaled chemtrails clandestinely laid whenever clouds appear.
But now I’m recovering and blogging as usual.
