During that morning’s sermon, the priest told a story about a cancer patient and someone else.

Boy: If I give all of my possessions to the church, do I go to heaven?

Listener: You don’t go to heaven.

Boy: If I don’t give all of my possessions to the church and keep everything to myself, do I still go to heaven?

Listener: You don’t go to heaven.

Boy: So how do I go to heaven?

Listerner: You have to die first.

My interpretation would be this: We’re all going to die anyway. So just do you best, alright?
