It was a good thing I stayed up late last night until 01:30am to clean up my computer room area for today’s installation of wireless modem for faster internet connection AND lower monthly bill for Paw. I didn’t have time to shred more address labels from catalog mailing services.
It appears that whenever I get excited, don’t focus or pay enough attention to the task at hand or if I work myself on full throttle, my nervous energy is expended and something that is manifested, not by smelly sweat of fish oil alone, but by dents and dings: two cardboard cuts to my left hand (i.e. index and pinkie fingers), ragged cuticles (mostly on my right ring finger), dry hands which moisturizers never, well, seem to moisturize, and feet problems from my tingling left toes to bunions, corns, and, yes, gout.
But other wounds are not entirely physical and those don’t seem to heal easily, even with Neosporin or triple antibiotic. These wounds are emotional and mental wounds – the stupid things in life that seem to annoy the most hardened and stubborn person, who still is clueless to realize that some people are designed to be IDIOTS and forever unchanging. Not even a whack on the head would have changed old programmings to awaken to the truth that being bull-headed is not very productive and quite uncooperative when things around the house needs to get done and where support by other bio-units is essential to survival.
But I digress. I’ve yet to tape over my paper-like cut. Earlier this afternoon and while waiting for Maw’s doctor’s appointment, I applied anti-bacterial gel, which stung like heck! So I went to the bathroom to wash it off and that did the trick for temporary relief. Next time I’ll treat my wounds before going off and possibly making the wound worse off than without some tender loving care. People should do the same for each other, too.
