We bought three eggplants seedlings earlier this year from the Home Depot. The harvest yielded small but curly eggplants. Some are the normal purple ones. But we have some white ones. Is this a sign? I’ve seen photos of white and albino animals and plants. But to grow and eat white eggplants is new.
