Holy moo moo cow! That’s the first time I understand the Ingrish meaning coupled with visual of a ‘smirk’!

And yes their way of presenting that smirk is quite DERANGED. I can also see the double horned formations on the sides of the guy’s skull.

I believe the word y’all used to describe their character and/or agenda is: childish. The imagery of a child pooping in their clothing definitely looks like they are hiding something stinky.
